Frankfurt/Marburg/Kitzingen, 16. February 2022 – In this year’s German B2B Awards, weclapp SE receives awards in all categories of the DtGV study (DtGV – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien mbH, Berlin, Germany). The results were officially published yesterday at www.dtgv.de/9340.
In the cross-industry comparison of 1,387 companies from 101 industries, weclapp SE is in the top 20 % in all three tested categories ‘customer satisfaction’, ‘customer service’ and ‘price/performance ratio’ and was awarded the top mark “Outstanding” on a 10-point scale. In an online customer survey, decision-makers from middle and top management gave their opinions in December 2021. The evaluation included companies for which at least 50 ratings were submitted.
The study results show that weclapp is one of the best ERP systems within the ERP industry from the point of view of the surveyed customers. In the category ‘price/performance ratio’, the weclapp ERP platform takes 1st place and is thus awarded the top ranking as “industry champion”.
The DtGV study is independent and surveys 100,000 decision makers from the B2B sector every year. According to the DtGV, the aim of the empirical study is to provide an orientation aid for customers. weclapp stands out against its competitors and convinces customers on all levels. This position is achieved and maintained by weclapp’s close cooperation with the user and partner community aiming at constantly improving its product. “It is our goal to make weclapp the preferred ERP solution for SMEs in Germany and abroad.
